This morning at 7am JST Sensei Ritsuo Shingo and our #TPS masterclass did a gemba walk! Together, we visited the facilities of Happy Chef Inc in Philippines observed the processes, grasped the facts, found the problems and worked on solutions.
Being at the gemba albeit virtual, with sensei Ritsuo Shingo was a whole different learning experience.
