Known as the “Godfather of Lean”, Norman Bodek is an educator, consultant and a publisher of more than 250 books. Mr Bodek was responsible for introducing some of the great Japanese lean thinkers like Taiichi Ohno, Shigeo Shingo and Ryuji Fukuda to the Western world.
As a fortune cookie once told him, Mr Bodek has the talent to discover the talent in others.
Mr Bodek brings his wisdom and experience of almost half-a-century in bringing the best out of human beings to the institute.
