Mr. Shigehiro Nakamura is a Senior Instructor with the Japan Management Association.
He published 54 books in Japanese and 3 in English (New Standardization, Go-Go Tools, TPManagement). He has worked with a wide variety of companies across industry and his specialities include zero defect production, TPM, line design, and bottom-up & top down suggestion systems.
Prior to joining JMA, Mr. Nakamura built a distinguished career over 15 years at Hitachi Metals. Hitachi Metals is a $8.2 billion division of the Hitachi Group, employing more than 30,000 employees across 13 plants.
